Delivery
- £10.95: 1–2 working days.
- Free: 3–5 working days.
- £19.99: Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland and Channel Islands.
These services apply to eligible delivery orders; collection-only products are excluded. For items eligible for delivery, enter your address at checkout to see the available services and charges. Any free-delivery option applies only where it is offered for your basket and destination.

Collection only
Some computers are marked collection only on their product page. These must be collected from our Stockport workshop rather than sent by courier.

- Check the delivery address carefully before paying. If it needs changing, contact us promptly; payment-provider and dispatch restrictions may mean an order needs cancelling and placing again.
- Tell us promptly if a parcel arrives damaged or an item appears missing. Keep the packaging and photographs where possible to help us investigate.
- For upgrades or specially sourced equipment, we confirm availability and timing before you proceed.
