Year 1: parts and labour.
Years 2–3: labour only.
Replacement parts are not included in the labour-only period. We explain any proposed parts costs before you approve work.

Battery condition and warranty cover
Our refurbished laptops are supplied with a working battery holding at least 80% of its original capacity, unless the item description states otherwise.
Batteries are consumable items and are excluded from our refurbished-computer warranty. The stated capacity describes the battery when supplied, not a promise that capacity will remain unchanged with use.
