At AC Computer Warehouse, we’re confident in the quality of the products and services we offer. So if something does go wrong, we want to put it right.
To ensure you can feel confident about buying from us, all our refurbished laptops, MacBooks and PCs come with a 12-month (unless otherwise stated) back-to-base warranty to cover any hardware faults. Batteries are classed as a consumable item and are therefore not covered under the warranty. However, because we’re only happy if our customers are, we’ll always make sure our refurbished laptops come with a working battery (unless stated in the item description) that holds at least 80% of its original capacity.
If for whatever reason you’re not happy with your purchase, you can return your item to us within 14 days – in the same state it arrived in, with the packaging intact – and we’ll give you a full refund of the purchase price (minus delivery costs).
In the unlikely event your item arrives faulty or gets damaged on its way to you, we’ll arrange for it to be collected so we can either repair it or replace it with a like-for-like product. If this isn’t possible, we’ll issue you with a full refund. We’ll always keep you in the loop with what’s going on.
If you discover a fault with your item within the first 14 days of it being delivered, we’ll arrange for it to be collected at our expense. If a problem occurs after the 14 days, you’ll need to arrange for the item to be returned to us.
Telephone and Remote Support
We know you want to get up and running as quickly as possible, so all our laptops, PCs and MacBooks come fully configured with the appropriate operating system, drivers and updates. We know snags can happen though, so if you encounter any problems getting started, we’re on hand to help with free telephone and remote support within the first 14 days.
