Yes. Completed repairs include a six-month warranty, and we explain what it covers before you go ahead.
Can you recover data from a dead laptop or hard drive?
We assess logical and software-level recovery from accessible storage and computers that will not boot. Physically damaged storage may need a specialist lab. Recovery cannot be guaranteed.

What about my files and personal data?
Back up important files before a repair where possible. Tell us if the device will not start or if particular files must be kept. Some faults or repairs can put data at risk; recovery and data preservation cannot be guaranteed. Never send passwords or recovery keys through the enquiry form.
What if I do not know the model or whether it is worth repairing?
Describe the symptoms and any model information you can find. We can identify the device during assessment and explain the repair cost so you can compare it with replacement before deciding.
