Batteries are classed as a consumable item and are therefore not covered under the warranty. However, because we’re only happy if our customers are, we’ll always make sure our refurbished laptops come with a working battery (unless stated in the item description) that holds at least 80% of its original capacity.

Money-back Guarantee

If for whatever reason you’re not happy with your purchase, you can return your item to us within 14 days – in the same state it arrived in, with the packaging intact – and we’ll give you a full refund of the purchase price (minus delivery costs).

In the unlikely event your item arrives faulty or gets damaged on its way to you, we’ll arrange for it to be collected so we can either repair it or replace it with a like-for-like product. If this isn’t possible, we’ll issue you with a full refund. We’ll always keep you in the loop with what’s going on.

If you discover a fault with your item within the first 14 days of it being delivered, we’ll arrange for it to be collected at our expense. If a problem occurs after the 14 days, you’ll need to arrange for the item to be returned to us.

We know snags can happen though, so if you encounter any problems getting started, we’re on hand to help with free telephone and remote support within the first 14 days.

All our products are available for delivery within mainland UK with the following options:

• Standard delivery: 1-2 working days: £10.95.
• Free delivery: 3-5 working days.

Any orders being delivered over sea (including to Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland and the Channel Islands) will incur a £19.99 charge. Delivery time is 5 days.

Change of address

If you need to change the delivery address of your item after placing your order, we’ll only be able to dispatch it to the new address if this has been registered and verified through PayPal.

Our Couriers

DPD delivers all our laptops, PCs and MacBooks, and all smaller items are sent with Royal Mail. Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll email you with your tracking number so you can see where your item is. If you want a text message on the day of delivery, let us know your mobile number and we’ll message you with your one-hour delivery slot.
