No signal, damaged socket or intermittent picture?
Let us know whether the console stays powered on, whether the picture ever appears and whether the problem began after moving it. A loose connection or visible port damage is useful information, but the display fault still needs diagnosis.
If there is no visible damage, check the selected TV input and try a known-working HDMI cable or another TV input. Stop if the connector will not fit normally. Do not try to bend socket pins back into place.
What happens at the workshop?
We assess the HDMI connection and explain the repair before starting. A damaged socket can be replaced with board-level soldering, followed by display-output testing. If the console needs other motherboard work, we provide a separate quote after free diagnosis.
